Spam and E-mail Virus Filter

The Technology Department has recently installed GWGuardian, a software designed to decrease the amount of unwanted e-mail to our GroupWise system.  This filter also stops viruses from coming into our e-mail system, including those that are found in attachments.  Given the fact that there are 300+ users in our GroupWise system that we estimate were previously spending about 5 minutes a day each cleaning out junk e-mail (for a total of 1500 minutes a day wasted), we estimate that the time savings in a short time will easily cover the cost of this new system.  Please contact the Technology Department if you have questions about the new filter!
